All letters of invitation will be sent to you via US Postal Service airmail unless you supply a Federal Express or DHL account number or specify delivery via email. (In many cases, Visa Offices may not accept faxed or emailed invitation letters.) Please note that your letter of invitation will be sent out from our office to you via your requested method of delivery within 10 business days of approval. To eliminate the need to request more than one letter for the same person due to content inaccuracies or deficiencies, please be certain of what your Letter of Invitation needs to state prior to submitting your request. Please also note that you are responsible for submitting letters to any organizations/agencies requiring them for your Visa application. Crain Communications Inc will not send to third parties.
