Tire Manufacturers and Tire Dealers and Distributors will be asked basic demographic information to qualify for their $50 registration.

A tire manufacturer attendee is someone who is employed at a tire manufacturing facility, a tire production plant, a headquarters, corporate or satellite office or a research and development or technology facility. They are involved in the manufacture of tires, including senior management, administrative management, manufacturing/production and plant operations, engineering, compounding, design and materials management, technical and testing analysis, sales and marketing or purchasing.

1) A tire dealer/distribution attendee is an independent tire dealer who sells and services tires, including retail and wholesale, retreaders, importers/exporters, commercial tire dealers including OTR, farm and industrial tires and multi-location dealers.

2) Tire dealer/distribution attendees may also be employed at company-owned outlets of tire manufacturers, headquarters or corporate offices or satellite offices, specialty tire shops or are personnel at tire manufacturing operations involved in the distribution and aftermarket sales of tires.

1) A supplier is someone who provides elastomers, chemicals and materials, or machinery and equipment to the tire manufacturing industry.

2) A supplier is a jobber handling equipment and materials for retreaders and tire dealers, manufacturers of batteries and accessories and others allied to the tire and automotive field. This includes personnel at headquarters corporate or satellite offices of non-manufacturing tire sellers.

“Other Registrants” encompass those who are not involved in the manufacture of tires, sell and/or distribute tires, or are a supplier to the tire manufacturing industry or to tire dealers.

Your complimentary booth registration allotment will be indicated based on the size of your booth. You may register all the people working your booth at this time or come back later and add more registrants. There is a $25 fee for registering personnel beyond your complimentary allocation. We do not send badges by mail. Your check-in documentation with barcode will be emailed to you on or about September 1, 2010. You simply present the bar code at one of the registration counters at the show to receive your badge, badge holder and lanyard provide by Nynas, your tote bag provide by Car Care One/GE Money, and other show materials.

No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the event, including during Exhibitor move-in and move-out.

If you want to register your spouse for $25 at the same time you are registering yourself, you will be given this option on the registration page summary. Click on the “Register your spouse” link to be directed to this secure site. 1) Refunds requested by September 13, 2010, will be issued less a 10% processing fee. No registrant refunds will be given after September 13, 2010; however, substitution registrations are permissible. Send refund requests or substitutions to our registration center by email: reg@walcom.com. If you are requesting a substitution, they will email you a “Change Attendee Form” that will have to be emailed or faxed back to complete the registration. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the “Change Attendee Form” within 10 business days.
